Acest lant terapeutic este adaptat si la noi, iar daca nici acesta nu da rezultate, se recurge la interventia chirurgicala. Uneori decizia este corecta (in cazul sechelelor dupa o fractura vertebrala, dupa o ruptura si migrare a unui fragment de disc pe canalul rahidian, dupa o tasare vertebrala in cazul unei tumori sau osteoporoza, dupa o malformatie congenitala grava sau chiar alunecare in fata sau inapoi a unei vertebre). Si totusi, practica demonstreaza contrariul chiar in cazul alunecarilor de vertebre si in general herniilor de disc cu recomandare chirurgicala.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=normal><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>Din anul 1994 de cand lucrez coloana vertebrala, au ajuns la operatie mai putin de 10 persoane (personal pot numara 4 - 5 persoane) si acestea fie ca nu au continuat intretinerea pana la intarirea musculaturii spatelui, renuntand dupa 2 - 3 saptamani odata cu ameliorarea sau disparitia durerilor sau de rusine ca au promis initial ca se tin de tratament, nu au mai revenit. O persoana ce s-a operat stiu ca a dat buzna a doua zi dupa o criza dureroasa la un spital de urgenta ,desi aceasta criza este aproape fireasca, la care se pot adauga inca vreo doua pusee dureroase in timpul celor 20 -30&nbsp; de sedinte necesare de-a lungul tratamentului. Insa, se pare ca eu nu l-am prevenit, iar el s-a speriat si nu a mai sunat sa-mi ceara sfatul, operandu-se. In prezent exista pericolul ca unele persoane sa cada in capcana promisiunii rezolvarii problemelor personale printr-o interventie sub anestezie locala si sub tomograf, cu durata de stat in spital minima, probabil una doua zile (daca nu ore, si nu intru in detalii sau pareri personale despre rolul si importanta nucleului pulpos intr-un disc intervertebral, in acest moment) fara a fi capabil sa puna in balanta rezultatele imediate si urmarile ulterioare asupra dinamicii coloanei vertebrale, ce pot fi detaliate de orice medic cu experienta in special din domeniul recuperarii si nu numai. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=normal><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>Durata ameliorarii sau vindecarii este variabila, in functie si de vechimea bolii. Daca hernia de disc apare in urma unui efort deosebit si bolnavul vine in maxim 24 de ore, atunci e posibil sa fie necesara, si o singura sedinta de tratament dupa care persoana sa-si vada de viata de zi cu zi.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=normal><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>In afara durerii pot aparea amorteli, parestezii, imposibilitatea de a merge pe calcai (hernie la L4 - L5) pe varfuri (hernie la L5 - S1), dar si in acest caz este bine sa nu va grabiti cu masuri radicale, chirurgicale, intrucat exista sanse de revenire la normal.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=normal><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>Scolioza antalgica (datorata durerii) si ea poate fi remisa de multe ori, in caz contrar se poate transforma in scolioza adevarata cu rotatie vertebrala. Trebuie retinut ca hernia de disc apare la tineri, adulti, oameni in varsta, datorita solicitarii coloanei vertebrale, fie sub actiunea unor factori nocivi ce pot influenta dezvoltarea sau degenerarea discala (localizata sau generalizata). Hernia de disc apare si in cazul femeilor ce au dus sarcina la termen. Daca adaugam si ooinegalitate de membre inferioare datorate unei subluxatii de sold, coxartroze, scolioze, spondiloze, atunci avem tabloul unei suferinte cronice, dar inca exista solutii, sperante si la aceste boli. Dovada o veti putea vedea in parerile celor ce au beneficiat sau vor beneficia de azi inainte de acest tratament nou in tara noastra si totusi foarte vechi in orient.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=normal><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>Parerile specialistilor, recomandarile lor, imi vor fi de mare ajutor, atata timp cat se va face tot ceea ce este posibil pentru recuperarea bolnavului si redarea acestuia familiei si societatii cat mai sanatos posibil. Acestia vor aparea pe site in mod continuu, precum si toate parerile si recomandarile din partea pacientilor.<br> Parerile specialistilor apar numai pe la colturi sau aruncate ca niste piedici celor ce au indrazneala sa le ceara parerea daca ar fi bine sa incerce si altceva inainte de operatie, fie imi multumesc direct dupa ce au apelat la mine, cu mare greutate si regret ca nu si-au putut rezolva altfel problema, insa cooperare sau sa trimita alti pacienti - exclus. Sa nu se inteleaga ca duc lipsa de pacienti, insa o cazuistica neconfirmata de medici, la prima vedere, nu prezinta garantii. Nu demult un medic profesor spunea ca nu exista vreun mare chirurg la care sa nu aiba o alee a lui intr-un cimitir (umor negru). Din aceasta Dvs. deduceti ce vreau sa zic, adica profesional poti fi o somitate in materie, executi perfect interventia, insa viata o decide numai Dumnezeu. Asa cum ortopedia a aparut ca o metoda de corectare a aparatului locomotor la copii (prin metode nesangerande) si apoi s-a extins la adulti + adaugarea metodelor chirurgicale, eu nu doresc, si ca mine probabil multi altii decat sa reactivez si sa imbunatatesc metodele foarte vechi de recuperare cu ajutorul ultimelor cuceriri ale tehnologiei actuale pentru a avea la inceput poate o mica comunitate de copii, adulti, batrani cu o conditie fizica, de ce nu apropiata spartanilor (cat mai perfecti, iar daca au un handicap locomotor sa poata eventual sa-si vada de viata fara insotitor).<br> M-am decis sa schimb titulatura masajului de pe site de curand desi sunt convins ca va fi foarte dificil de a schimba si mentalitatea atat a pacientilor cat mai ales a unor medici (si din pacate sunt majoritatea) privind recuperarea si in special preventia interventiilor chirurgicale la nivelul coloanei vertebrale. Masajul care te scapa de bisturiu a aparut ca titulatura intr-un articol despre mine in Formula AS in 1996. Atunci, naiv, credeam ca n-o sa fac fata cererii (desi sunt momente chiar si azi cand se intampla acest lucru) insa timpul a demonstrat contrariul si ce este mai trist e faptul ca oamenilor ce-si doresc acest lucru (sa scape de operatie) li se spune ca nu se mai poate face nimic. Sunt si medici, putini, care nu recomanda interventia ultima decat dupa ce epuizeaza toate procedurile cunoscute si necunoscute (metode alternative). Daca ne miram ca pleaca majoritatea medicilor iar cei in formare si in special cei din afara tarii nici macar nu se mai gandesc sa se mai intoarca, iar o parte din cei tineri, la polul opus, se gandesc ca omul nu are ce sa faca fara medic (gandind ca el este un mic zeu) la care adaugam si cei care conduc activitatile de formare a cadrelor privind recuperarea medicala, iar acestia nu cred in posibilitatea salvarii unui pacient cu hernie de disc avand indicatii operatorii, atunci ne dam seama usor care este viitorul apropiat al situatiei noastre (cei suferinzi) si al urmasilor nostri.
