Vreau sa intelegeti ca nu ma laud, insa a lucra pe coloana vertebrala si sistemul osos si articular fara cunostinte minime medicale este un real pericol. De aceea nu pot sa recomand pe cineva, pentru ca nu cunosc. Si nu este singulara situatia, la nivel national, intrucat semnale am primit de la cetateni romani din Europa (Italia, Franta, Germania, Grecia) S.U.A. Asta nu inseamna ca nu sunt deschis oricarei forme de colaborare cu cadre medicale in primul rand, cu centre de refacere fizica, de reabilitare locomotorie, statiuni balneare, hoteluri care au si servicii de recuperare fizica si unde se gasesc oameni deschisi si vor sa aduca o contributie si sa se verifice profesional lasand ceva scris (lucrari, carti, cazuistici in diverse afectiuni sau in marirea performantelor fizice si in prelungirea efectiva a tineretii functionale). Din pacate, de cand ma ocup cu aceste metode de recuperare, am cunoscut destule cadre medicale curioase, suferinde ce au apelat la mine si apeleaza si in prezent, insa doar atat, nu s-au implicat si ce-i mai trist ca generatia tanara nu da nici un semn in acest sens. Ce este mai trist, din pacate, nu numai ca nu se iau in considerare aceste metode de corectare si imbunatire a functionalitatii coloanei vertebrale, dar se si induce ideea ca singurele si ultimele metode de imbunatatire sunt cele chirurgicale. De acord, in anumite situatii extreme, dar practica, in ceea ce ma priveste demonstreaza in mare parte ca se poate si altfel. Cand spui unui tanar adolescent ca nu mai exista nici o alta sansa decat niste tije metalice pe coloana, la o curbura a acesteia care deranjeaza doar din punct de vedere estetic in prima parte, este foarte trist intrucat acesta sau parintii lui, de multe ori ( de peste 90%) se lasa convinsi ca trebuie sa faca acest gest cand coloana vertebrala de multe ori nu depaseste 50 grade. Dau un singur exemplu: din 1998 am un caz cu o tanara care are o curbura de 110 grade si pe care am reusit s-o tin sub control si vine periodic (de cateva ori pe luna), iar alte tinere cu grade mai mici (60-70 grade) au ajuns la un grad de functionalitate si estetica nesperate si care in prezent vin doar cand si-aduc aminte la distante de luni sau ani de zile fara sa fie operate. Un singur lucru trebuie retinut: &quot;orice coloana defectuoasa creaza probleme organice - Hipocrat&quot; si : &quot;orice coloana functionala indiferent de forma te scapa sau previne probleme organice - Filip Georgel&quot; Daca actualmente nu sunt gasit intr-o clinica, este ca nu am gasit pe cineva dispus sa facem o cazuistica reala. Sunt sigur ca sunt multi care se gandesc la acest lucru, dar viata si stresul de zi cu zi nu le-au dat ragazul sa mediteze mai profund la rolul si menirea sa in relatia cu cel pe care-l serveste, omul si imi doresc sa se lumineze si sa mediteze in acest sens fara sa fie fortat de o situatie nefericita traita pe propria piele sau de un membru drag al familiei sau prieten, etc. Acest tratament nu exclude tratamentele clasice de recuperare, dimpotriva.
